Scent Description

I liked the look and aroma, however, they burned down in less than 2 hours. So I can't, in fairness, recommend them as a good value.

I wanted to reach out to you to see what could have happened with our candles and ensure you get the product you ordered.

You mentioned they only burned half way and then the wick ran out. I want to be sure you saw the instructions and how they work to ensure we are both on the same page. The spiral wick portion is just the first part of the candle. In the case of the medium candles you ordered, the spiral will burn for about 2 hours and then, when the candle is about half way down it will run out of cotton wick and go out. The wood wick is then lit and the candle will burn for another 30 plus hours as a wood wick. If you lit the wood wick and didn’t see these same results, please let me know and we will make it right.

This unique candle is beautiful. The scent is awesome and it all brings a new meaning to the candle industry. I will be purchasing more. I even bought one for my friend Tracy Hand, who has been a friend for over 40 years, our motto always buy 2 of each , 1 for each of us!

Excellent candle

First time trying this brand and I love the suede and cedar! Burns correctly and smells wonderful. I recommend trying this company's products

Scent drove it outside

Haven't burned it yet. The scent was so overpowering I couldn't keep it in the house. It's sitting outside on porch until it warms up and maybe it won't be such a strong order outdoors.

I am sorry to hear you found the scent overpowering. The scent you chose is normally not one of our strong ones. Please understand, our candles will be stronger than a jar candle as they emit scent from the entire outside as well as the inside of the pillar shape. We try and balance the scent to the demands of our customers and strength is such a difficult thing to balance as we are all so different when it comes to scent preference. Putting it outside for a bit should help decrease the scent over time.

Very nice scent

Candle is very scented and I loved it! Unfortunately my medium candle only burned maybe a total of an hour ! The wooden wick in the center burned about 15-20 minutes tops! But I can say while the candle was burning it smelled very good and I would definitely buy the larger one next time ☺️

I am sorry to hear that you had an issue with your medium candle. I assure you that candle should have burned for over 30 plus hours between the two burns. Looking at your picture, something does not appear right. I have sent you a replacement candle as we always stand behind these 100%. Please burn the cotton wick first and you should see just about 2 hours on the spiral. Then the wood wick should be lit and left to burn for at least 2-3 hours to get the wax pool out to the edge. Every time after that the burn will always go to the edge. You should see 30 plus hours on the wooden wick. Please reach out to us if you do not see this on your replacement candle.

Loved the Smell

WOW! I absolutely love the smell of this candle! It is incredible. So happy I bought 2 of them! I think the spiral part was ok. It burned pretty fast. The rest of the burning was great!

It smells Amazing, but the top burned down in one session and the wooden wick in the bottom burns really fast. In the end, it just ended up being a lot of unused wax.

Thank you for the review. I want to follow up as you should have seen a 20 hour burn time out of the small candle once the wooden wick was lit. If you saw any less, please reach out. We do have to leave wax sides for safety as the candle burns but you should have gotten the 20 plus hours from this candle.
