If you purchased an item directly from SpiralLightCandles.com and would like to return it within 30 days, we can issue you a refund or store credit (less any shipping cost). There are NO restocking fees but return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Returned items must be in perfect, unused condition with original tags attached. exceeded expectations!

My mother hates all scents and loves burning candles. She LOVES the unscented candle I got her for Christmas. I was very sad to hear that they were being discontinued and bought several more for her. I've purchased a few scented ones for family and they love them too! They burn beautifully and completely to the end! A special and unique gift for a candle lover!

I love this candle

Unscented, but...

The box that the candle was in was highly fragranced. We aired it out for a bit and it got a little better, but still was a concern because the gift recipient is allergy-prone.

Thank you for the feedback. We have tried over the years to move the unscented candles from the warehouse to another area and finally to a completely other room to itself in the building. It appears we cannot store these anywhere in our facility without scent attaching to the packaging. We have made the difficult decision to discontinue the unscented later this year for this reason.

Fascinating and fun candles

The spiral candle is a delight to watch and a terrific gift. I wish that the unscented version came in a variety of colors rather than only white.

Loved everything about it

Smells amazing! These candles last a long time and the scent is strong in a good way. I ordered these after I got mine and had to share!

Did not last long and never melted bottom

I was surprised that it didn’t last very long at all as it burnt really fast. Once it got down to the bottom, I believe it was supposed to catch the wick in the middle and continue to burn, but it never did that. We tried to light it ourselves, and it would not light. Smell was wonderful. I wrote three emails to the owner asking questions about this and he never responded to any of them. I also sent pictures to him. Unfortunately, I would not buy these again. I gave them as gifts at Christmas and we were all overjoyed until we tried them.

Blue Sage So Inviting

This scent surprised me. Mood changing and inviting. Soft yet sensual. Whatever you are using on your wicks currently. First time I had a wick create an image. What do you see? See pic below.

Smells great but one down to the middle wick holes formed in the sides making holes and hot wax pouring out of sides.
